Job Title: Cash Management Analyst

Warner Music’s Center of Excellence is the home to the financial, legal and administrative functions that provide critical support and best-in-class services to our US Recorded Music and Publishing businesses. The Nashville center embodies the innovative and creative spirit that stems from the company’s deep history in nurturing entrepreneurial thinking and artist-focused innovation, enabling our employees to develop a wide range of skills through cross-function collaboration and development opportunities.
Your role:
The Cash Management Analyst will be responsible for performing Cash Management related processing activities.
Here you’ll get to:
Prepare and publish daily/monthly cash position summary for senior management
Maintain the WMG’s intercompany loan and interest schedules
Assist accounting team as needed with bank account reconciliations
Support bank account reconciliations
Review requests for new bank accounts and verify corporate treasury approval
Assist with administering bank portal client IDs and users
Assist in internal and external audits
Assist in implementing cash management policies, solutions, and practices
Key Accountabilities:
Funding and cash availability
Intercompany loans
Sox compliance
About you :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business or related field
2+ years of experience in similar position

We’d love it if you also had:
Ability to read/write Spanish and/or Portuguese
Strong understanding of cash forecasting
Experience working with large data sets
SAP S4/Hana experience or other ERP experience
Strong work-ethic and a self-starter who proactively seeks out fresh solutions
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects working well under pressure
Detail oriented

Salary Range
$62,500 to $70,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
