Job Title: Manager , Global Security Investigations & Intelligence

A little bit about our team:

You will be based in Los Angeles and working with security and non-security team members through Warner Music’s global footprint. Our team is designed to imagine, create, and maintain innovative and safe workplaces to accommodate the needs of our dynamic business.

Your role:

You will work closely with Warner Music Group’s various business lines, Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, Communications, and Facilities teams to support our employee protection and asset protection goals. You will develop and maintain necessary relationships to support the security objectives. As needed, you will support the Global Physical Security Program and Global Security Operations. You will have the opportunity to support, lead, develop, and implement standards for investigations and intelligence collection and analysis.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Conduct, oversee, and manage corporate investigationsthat impact the safety and well-being of WMG employees, properties,assets, and processes.

  • Monitor and mitigaterisks and threatsto employees and company interests.

  • Conduct and manage threat and risk assessments of facilities, events, security technologies, and methods/techniques.

  • Develop andmaintainan effective and efficient intelligence collection platform to proactively identifythreats and risks including identification of vulnerabilities, threats, and trends that impact the company.

  • Develop and maintain a robust intelligence sharing system within the Warner Music footprint ensuring actionable information is shared within the company on a timely basis.

  • Conduct threat assessments/analyses and communicate/recommend course of action regardingthreats and gaps.

  • Develop and maintainrelationships with government entities to aid in investigative and intelligence objectives. Entities includelaw enforcement partners, intelligence organizations, multi-agency intelligence centers, security contractors/service providers, industry trade groups, and others.

  • Collaborate with other WMG security functions to ensure logicalbyproducts of investigations and intelligence collectionefforts are incorporated into security strategy.

  • Work with other security verticals and serve in an advisory role for senior leaders on security issues.

  • Provide/present investigative and intelligence expertise as needed.

  • Aid in the development of security response plans.

  • As needed, assist security and facilities team with crisis management efforts, including crisis management planning and response.

  • Assist in other areas of emergency management and response as needed.

  • Assist in the development, implementation, improvement,and management of physical securitypolicies, standards, and procedures.

  • Assist in other areas of corporate security as needed.

About you :

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

  • 10+ years of strong corporate securityexperience of increasing responsibility, including Program Management experience or law enforcement equivalent

  • Authorized to carry a conceal weapon in California, i.e., CCW and/or HR218.

  • Understanding of physical security principles, investigative methodologies, and crisis management.

  • Security risk assessment experience.

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • High ethical standards a must.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Possess sound judgment, discretion, and ability to balance competing interests.

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule.

  • Understanding of security equipment and software as it relates to access control,cameras, and intrusion detection systems.

  • Law enforcement experience.

  • Cyber investigation experience.

Salary Range

$105,000 to $115,000 Annually

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
