Job Title: Manager, Video Production
A little bit about our team:
The Rhino Art Department is the creative hub for the Global Catalog development arm of Warner Music Group. The art team handles ideation/creation of physical products, art for digital offerings, marketing assets, campaign tools for worldwide initiatives, and photo editing/research. We have the good fortune of working on projects that include the greatest artists ever to be part of the WMG family of labels.
Your role:
The Manager of Video Production reports to the VP of the Art Department and participates in creative discussion about video or animated projects. This person will collaborate with stakeholders and advise on best practices for execution of ideas. The primary responsibilities of this role include videography, video and audio editing, animation, and asset creation.
Here you’ll get to:
Collaborate with the video commerce team, project leaders, artists, and management on imagery and storytelling
Lead production on video shoots with considerations for location, participants, audio, and props
Optimize and edit video for sizzle reels and social platform pre-rolls and visualizers
Contribute to motion graphics for use across social platforms
Assist in the creation of assets for music streaming platforms
Participate in photo shoots related to project content
Research and acquire stock footage – work with legal team on licensing and contracts
Maintain a production schedule to ensure on time delivery
Organize and archive final assets for team retrieval
Stay up to date on specs for social media platforms and adhere to best practices
About you:
3+ years of related video and animation experience with a multi-disciplined portfolio
Expert user of Adobe Creative Cloud- After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator and Final Cut Pro
Experience using Mac interface
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong conceptual designer, thinker, and problem solver
Conceptualize and present ideas, while also taking direction
Self-motivated and can work autonomously and with a team
Excellent organization, project management and prioritization skills
A passion for video and the desire to share acquired knowledge with the team
Preferred:
- A degree/certificate from an institute of higher learning

Salary Range
$70,000 to $75,000 Annually
Salary Ranges are included for all NY, California job postings and 100% remote roles where talent can be located. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
