Job Title: Licensing Administration Manager

A little bit about our team: Working in sync offers an exciting opportunity to work in a highly creative and entrepreneurial environment. Our team is instrumental in generating opportunities for Warner Chappell Music’s diverse catalogue of music to appear in film, TV and advertising.

Your role: This role will deal with an exciting and diverse repertoire from across the Warner Chappell global catalogue. Reporting to the UK Head of Sync, you will help manage incoming advertising requests from UK clients, issue licensing and invoicing requests across medias including TV, Film and Advertising.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Be an innovative deal maker for all Advertising enquiries and requests.

  • Support with negotiating terms and requesting approvals.

  • Review and refine our operational processes to make them even more efficient.

  • Have a deep understanding and knowledge of our repertoire to highlight new opportunities for our writers.

  • Process licenses and invoices across Advertising and assist the wider team with Film & TV agreements.

  • Assist the UK Head of Sync and the Creative Sync Director with building and sourcing potential new sources of revenue for the business.

  • Work closely with the WCM finance team to track incoming payments from our clients in a timely fashion.

About you:

  • Outstanding communication skills.

  • Superbly organised with great time management.

  • Have at least 5 years experience with a strong knowledge of sync agreements across all medias.

  • A natural problem solver. You will always try everything to get to ‘Yes’.

  • Resilient and calm in the face of adversity.

  • You have great working knowledge of Excel, Word and Google Mail. You will also be required to learn WCM internal system for rights management and invoicing processes.
