  • You will investigate/audit historical sales loading and identify what reporting we expect each month/where things may have been missed

  • You will be at times required to clear erroneous transactions in our financial systems

  • You will assist the team with the monthly sales loading process, performing ad-hoc tasks (mostly Excel-based) as directed

  • You will work with streaming services to ensure reporting is correct, going back to them to get hold of changed reporting where analysts flag this need

About you:

  • You will be a motivated self starter/hard worker

  • You have a positive, enthusiastic, upbeat can-do attitude

  • You are organised and passionate about ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently

  • You can balance multiple conflicting priorities and have good time management skills

  • You are extremely thorough and detail-oriented/have a logical methodical mindset

  • You will be happy and able to wear many hats

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Experience as a PA or admin assistant
